By accessing and using QuantJin AI ("the Service"), a product by Quant Mec Technologies (SSM 202603082822 / 003836548-H), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and the full Quant Mec Technologies Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuantJin AI provides AI-powered platform recommendation services to help users discover and evaluate AI tools and platforms based on their specific needs and budget. Our system analyzes thousands of AI tools to deliver personalized recommendations with ROI analysis.

3. Subscription Plans

QuantJin AI is included in the Quant Mec Technologies platform subscription. One subscription covers all Quant Mec Technologies products including SparkQuant AI and QuantJin AI.

Access levels by plan:

• Free (RM 0/month) — 10 AI tool searches per month, basic recommendations
• Starter (RM 99/month) — 50 AI tool searches, Guided Discovery, PDF reports
• Professional (RM 199/month) — Unlimited searches, priority recommendations, PDF reports
• Enterprise (RM 499/month) — Everything in Professional plus API access and priority support

4. Payment Terms

All subscription billing, payment processing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the Quant Mec Technologies Terms of Service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. See the full terms at quantmec.com/terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

The recommendations provided by our AI system are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendations. Users should conduct their own research before making decisions based on our recommendations. ROI estimates are projections and actual results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Quant Mec Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
